Be prepared for deceptive financing and slow service I dealt with Wayne Brock over the phone for 2 days in an attempt to purchase a vehicle from out of state. I was very clear about what I expected in the vehicle and what I wanted for financing. Wayne did provide all the information initially on the car but then dropped the ball from there. Making the deal was slow and took hours between responses. I was ready for financing by 3 that afternoon and did it online through the web site so there wasnt much for him to do.He decided not to run it until the next morning however. I had to go back and unlock my credit again because he waited till the next day to run it. Later that day about 1 in the afternoon he calls back with only 1 bank response for a 12% loan for 6 years. I asked about the other banks? He said there was only 1 response but the others were suppose to call me. I did not want the offer as the rate was very high and I had not asked for a 6 year term. A hour or so later I get a call from the banks following up with additional offers and they advised me that they had not even responded to the dealer yet. At that point I knew they were trying to sucker me into a high rate by not even telling me all the other offers or rates and making it seem like I only had 1 choice. I should have asked if it just happened to come from their on business bank? After complaining to the GM Mr State, he assured me there was no coercion between them and the bank, however I never received a return call and the dealership has yet to advise me the other offers or anything. Complete silence. Beware, they are doing some creative financing there and you will do well to check around. This is the kind of stuff you expect from a small car lot not a GM dealer. More

My experience with Sitton Buick was very positive. My salesperson, Wayne was great. He explained all the features of the car I was looking at, as well as answering all my other questions on leasing vs. salesperson, Wayne was great. He explained all the features of the car I was looking at, as well as answering all my other questions on leasing vs. purchasing. I was on a fact finding mission only when I entered the dealership, but I left driving a new car. I would certainly recommend Wayne and Sitton Buick to anyone looking for a new car. I am relly enjoying my Buick Regal.
