I was scheduled for a transmission fluid replacement and oil change, and by recommending the switch be replaced sooner than later, and with the coupons she applied to the service, Kat saved me several hundred dollars and a return visit to replace the switch when it inevitably and eventually failed. I'm pleased to have always worked with Kat in the 7 years since I have purchased my truck @ Parks. She is consistently pleasant and recognizes my voice on the phone when I make an appointment. I appreciate the family atmosphere that I encounter each time i bring my Silverado LTZ in for service. Clearly your service department sets a high standard for other service departments to emulate.
