I didnt think we'd actually drive out with the vehicle we wanted... but the team here at Hunter Chevrolet made it happen! We purchased our 2025 Chevy Trax RS1 at the end of 2024. At first we were so excited to have a new family vehicle. Our rep was Davis Easton. He was nice and ok to work with, a little pushy but overall that was a good experience. But after the excitement has went away we started wondering about the finance process we went through. We are expecting a baby and need something more family appropriate. We traded the vehicle in and they were also questioning us why the cars price was basically 5,000 dollars more than what it should've been. Something had to of gotten tacked on that we had no clue about. Out the door price for the car was around 24,000 and when we left (mind you all we approved was for the GAP and that was only supposed to tack on 1,000 according to the paper work I have.) it stated that we were financed for over 31,000. Something just didn't add up. Will never go back to Tim Marburger, my husband always told me sketchy stuff went down at Marburger's and now I do believe that. Oh also before I forget, who ever was the finance adviser at that time was such a creep and pervert. Made me feel so uncomfortable. So glad my husband was there with me!

I'll say that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took a lot longer than I expected - however, Mr. Fox recognized this issue without me bringing it up and made it worth my time when it came to paying my bill. This is why I will definitely be back for all my service needs or new car needs. This service department is now my go to for Chevy service. Any other place would not have cared or done as good of a job with me or my car. Kudo's Parks Chevrolet - you deserve your 5 stars from me.

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !
