I had ordered a Bolt EUV. The process went well until I went to purchase the car. The dealer put on add-ons that I did not want or ask for and drove the price up. They then tried to tell me the price was higher because I did not have a trade-in. I thought Parks was a good place to get a car, but in the end, every slimy deal trick came out. I plan on trading a car next year and getting an Equinox. Not sure if Parks will win that business or not. More

Overall, Parks Chevrolet is a very good dealership as far as service goes. The salespeople are great, the service is great, however there are hidden fees such as a $995 LoJack fee that they tried to force on as service goes. Also, they will try to low ball you on your trade by not giving what it is actually worth. You must be prepared to do business elsewhere and then you get a decent deal. More

Purchased a 2015 Corvette.
