First scheduled oil change and showed up a few minutes late (4:15pm appointment that was provided online) Was told there was “no chance” my car is taken in to get serviced and would need to reschedule. Rescheduled for Monday at 8am where I dropped of my car. When it was ready I got to the dealership after work and had texted the number back to say I will be arriving after 6pm to see if that was alright. I got no reply and when I showed up, no one was there and all lights were off. I thankfully was able to get someone to help me and he had to call a service person to check me out. Once I checked out I was just handed my keys and had to walk to the back of the lot to find my car. More
