Absolutely Horrible Experience If you are looking for a dealer that lies to you and has no respect for your time, look no further than Park Chevrolet Huntersville. They will be great and have and incr a dealer that lies to you and has no respect for your time, look no further than Park Chevrolet Huntersville. They will be great and have and incredible level of customer service until you purchase a vehicle from them. In order to make the sale they will promise things that they won’t follow through with. If you are unfortunate enough to purchase a vehicle from them, just pray it doesn’t have any problems, because with problems, they will lie to you about taking care of the issues to make the sale and then not follow through. They have a major lack of respect for your time and act as it is no problem to bring the vehicle by to them daily. They will also state that they will fix and take care of the issue at hand, as well as promise a loaner car. When you get to the dealership they will make you wait 45+ minutes to address you, even though you scheduled to meet at a certain time. Best thing is they will promise you a loaner vehicle, but when you arrive they will inform you that there are no loaner vehicles available. On top of all that the dealership is very shady and deceptive as a whole. They will cover up flaws and imperfections with their stickers, and then when the stickers are removed and the flaw is visible they act as if it was on the customer to notice the issue prior to purchasing the vehicle. I had messaged my sales person once I noticed the flaw, and he responded we will take care of you and have a loaner vehicle ready. I arrived to the dealership and waited 45 minutes to be addressed, and then after much debate with the salesperson and managers they decided that they aren’t going to take care of the issue that they deceived with their stickers. They huddled up like a team, got fingerprints all over my windshield and told me I was xxxx out of luck, and that the crack/ chip is not an issue. Although my mechanic had informed me that the issue wouldn’t allow me to pass NC inspection. There are still multiple additional incidents that were very frustrating. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from any other dealership than here. More
