This is without a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever had. There were so many things wrong, among the worst was the lack of transparency, the number of items that kept getting added to the st have ever had. The salesperson, could not explain why this was not disclosed during our discussion and could not even operate their system without constantly asking for help from others. There were many other issues, but I'm running out of words. I've been a life long Chevy truck buyer (I've owned 6) and planned to buy another, but this experience was so bad, I'll never buy another. Chevy should be monitoring the ethics and practices of their dealers and this experience was proof they are not. More

The originally agreed upon price was not honored after I drove over an hour to get there 5. I was only given 1 key fob... the sales manager told me in front of my sales guy and the finance guy that if he was unable to get the other fob from the previous owner, he would "make it right" so that I would have 2 fobs... after multiple follow ups, I was told that he refuses to honor what he said because I didn't get it in writing!
