Sold Me A Lemon Bought a car from them on January 4th, 2018. On the ride home from picking it up it started knocking and left me on the side of the road, get back to Bought a car from them on January 4th, 2018. On the ride home from picking it up it started knocking and left me on the side of the road, get back to the dealer the next day, finds out the car has NO oil in it at all. Few day later the engine light comes on and it won’t accelerate above 3200 rpms. Get the car to them and I find out it needs one of the coils replaced. Ok they did this for free cool. About 2 weeks later the transmission went out and had to pay over $1,300 at my local dodge place because they refused to work on it. The dodge place precedes to tell me that there was 5/6 codes that have been cleared out, but not fixed, before the car got to them. The only place this car has been before going to the dodge place is Parks Chevrolet of Huntersville. Today is June 7th 2018, $3,600 later the car still continues to have transmission problems. The cars color is red, but it should be yelllow! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! More

except for the Finance Guy. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years so I'm use to dealing with Dealerships. Our experience this time was going smoothly... had a great sa I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years so I'm use to dealing with Dealerships. Our experience this time was going smoothly... had a great sales rep (Don) and the sales manager was nice enought. Then came The Finance Guy! You go in an tell him you don'tvwant this or that add-on, and you tell him which of the available banks you wish to use... 55mins later your still debating with him. Initially he talk me out of a big down payment, then after confusing us with half-answers he wants the larger down payment. The wife got so tired of it she went for a walk to get a break. Talking in circles, half-way answerings your detailed questions, all in an attempt to drag things out to cover his game-plan to increase his income. We've used Parks Service Department for years, great staff and great service, however this Finance Dept interaction has lessened our respect for Parks. More

We tend to choose trustworthy dealerships instead of individual sellers or "road-side dealerships" as we call them because a place like Parks has a reputation to maintain, so they aren't going to keep questionable used cars on the lot. Great expierence This was the second time we went to this dealership for a vehicle. Dealt with a different sales person each time. No complaints with the sales person This was the second time we went to this dealership for a vehicle. Dealt with a different sales person each time. No complaints with the sales person either time. This last time I had some where I wanted them to check with for a rate on the loan and they did then they even checked with someone else and got the rate even lower. That was awesome. There were/are a few things I wanted taken care of with the vehicle and so far 2 have been the other 2 we just found and we were told to bring it in and they would take care of it. The first car we bought their we bought new and no problems. The second one we just purchased is used and the things are small so far but they are being taken care of. The gentleman who patched the leather seat did a great job as well and the finance guy was thorough and fast once we got to him. (waiting on the banks response was the longest time) More
