If I would have to say anything negative would be waiting for the finance to go through to finish the deal. Don't know if I blame them much for that issue. Pete Farinas was awesome and worked hard to find the right vehicle (I was very picky in what I wanted) and based on how hard Pete worked and made sure he found what I wanted the rating would be a 5 on the sales staff. I rated a 4 because it did take several days of negotiating on price with the management, which is totally unnecessary and drives me crazy, but this was better than most dealership experiences related to price negotiation. The finance team also tried to sell me a bunch of add-ons but at least it wasn't a pressure sales pitch. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend using Pete if you need a new vehicle. More
