There was no pressure, no hassle, and no runaround. Richard didn't leave us in his office 15 times to pretend to negotiate with the sales manager. He didn't sit in the back seat during our test drive and either (1) play on his phone or (2) distract us with his life story as we're trying to figure out the car! LOL! He is the nicest guy and we felt he worked for us. We were surprised that Parks still washes the car and fills the tank with gas before you leave the parking lot. I haven't had a car lot do that for me in probably 20 years! Thanks so much to everyone that helped us and even stayed late with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it! More

I have always been worried about it taking a long time to buy something from a dealer, but these gentlemen made the process very smooth. The truck was parked outside the door ready for a test drive, and they even filled it with fuel before I left. 2012 F150 XLT Went to Parks to look at three specific trucks, all Ford’s, and got there right around opening time. Richard saw me and right away checked in to see how he could help. He was courteous, knowledgeable and honestly cared about my experience. The F150 I ended up purchasing was actually not at the dealership because it was taken out to help another customer in VA. Once Richard knew I wanted it he immediately made sure that the truck didn’t have another mile added to it. I was there until 5:30 waiting on the truck and the entire time Richard and the Parks’ team made me feel right at home and comfortable. I would highly recommend Parks not only for new cars but for your used choice as well. And go see Richard! He will take care of you. More
