I went to the dealership Saturday and was met by Richard Steagall. Richard was outstanding! He had the truck ready for me to view and to test drive. Both Richard and Angie Hooker were great. They beat Flow’s price by $2000 which was fantastic! This is the second vehicle I have bought from Parks in the past 2 years, having bought a Z71 Tahoe in 2016. Angie gave me a great trade in price, and I was able to get the new truck in less than an hour! This is great service! Thank you Richard and Angie for making this an easy experience! Effortless experience I went into the dealership to test drive a particular vehicle, but received valuable education on the pros and cons of that investment. He was extremely informative and “non pushy”. Not once did he make me feel as if I must buy a car to get him off my back. He suggested as well as showed me another one in which I did not purchase. Then Todd McGee (finance team) walked around the corner to suggest yet another car to test drive. Yes I drove it and it seemed to melodically sing my name. I told Todd I REALLY liked the car which is when he invited me into his office to sign the paperwork...only if I wanted to not because I felt forced to. My experience was stress free, effortless, and quite enjoyable. I wasn’t bombarded with a fleet of sales persons trying to convince me to purchase a vehicle. They allowed me to make a decision that was best for me and my family while meeting me with the right finance options without any pressure.
