I had narrowed my search to three vehicles (only one of the three was at Parks Chevrolet). I'm somewhat of a picky person. Joe was very patient as I actually test drove the car a total of three times before making my decision. He wanted me to be absolutely sure. Thanks Joe for you professionalism and patience. I expect a sales staff to be friendly, but I felt like this was over and above the norm. The only negative was the fact that the vehicle was advertised with a backup camera which it did not have, and was advertised at a different color of red, however this was not a deal breaker. It just made me check it out closer. More

After speaking with Ron Shaffer, the salesman, I felt like I had the deal I wanted, but needed to go in and check the car over thoroughly, Ron was very patient negotiating with me on the car and did not make me feel rushed when I went in to look at the car. He answered all my questions and gave me a test drive on all types of roads so I could make sure the car performed how I expected. He made the usually tedious process of paperwork move quickly. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and attentive to my needs. Thank you! More
