Brad did me right even though he knew they didn’t have what I wanted, he let me test drive what I wanted. He offered options that I may want without being too pushy or aggressive. Used cars are a crap shoot I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Dodge Ram P/U from this dealership, researched vehicle on line and ultimately purchased the vehicle. Please beware that I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Dodge Ram P/U from this dealership, researched vehicle on line and ultimately purchased the vehicle. Please beware that one would assume that a used vehicle checklist that they PROUDLY tout and stand behind and frankly use to justify their pricing would have a reference to the locking lug nut key. I mean the list has check the cabin air filter and at least 100 other items but no one at DODGE though, "Hey if they get a flat they may want to change the tire!" By the way I did ask the saleamsn AND his manager because the car had only one key which prompted me to ask if the lock nut key was in the truck, they assured me it was, it wasn't!!!!!!! It's too late for me, I was stuck for 4 hours on a country road until an expense tow truck was able to get to me and tow me for a simple flat. They never checked that box and frankly now doubt they checked the others, i mean why skip over the one go for broke and skip them all. I wonder if their spouse was out late at night the lady answering the phone with bad attitude would bother anyone else. More
