We had just finished walking around the lot looking at Pacifica's and found one we were interested in. We asked for his assistance and right away he helped out. To our surprise he knew every detail of the Pacifica, and I'm talking about all the features. If you know anything about these new cars, they are packed with features. It will take me months to learn everything. After test driving the auto, we sat own with him to get some numbers, and right away, they we in our price range. We had done a lot of homework to determine what was going to be a fair price. With a little work and discussion we had agreed to a price and were happy campers. Everyone was easy going and no pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone at this point. I usually don't give 5 stars until i get to know a place real good and have dealt with them often.
