My 2019 truck was stuck in 4 wheel drive. It was under warranty and sat at dealership for 2 weeks waiting on part. I received a third call saying it would take another week for the part. I asked the dealership what part and part number they were looking for and reached out to another local dealership and went and pickup my own part and took it to dealership. My truck could have been fixed within a day if they would have done their job and found the part locally. They inconvenienced me for two weeks without a vehicle. First time we ever had a problem with this dealership and I did not want to leave a bad review but this really deserved one. More
