Anabell was a fantastic service rep and was very helpful and patient with my requests. She was excellent at keeping me updated on my service status and was knowledgeable about what was going on. The parts department ordered the wrong part that was needed for my factory warranty repair, but Anabell was very thorough in explaining the situation and assured me it would not happen again. She also threw in a free carwash for the hassle. I highly recommend Anabell as a service rep and also recommend Gastonia CJDR for the service work they do. More
