The Best place to purchase a car period. I spent two weeks going to various dealers to get the vehicle I wanted.A Jeep Wrangle.Spent numerous hours on the internet. Yes I'm gonna tell it all. Yes I'm gonna tell it all.Car Max, Nissan of Gastonia, Nissan Charlotte, Nissan Shelby were straight headaches.Car Max dealer and Nissan Charlotte dealers were unhelpful and just didn't seem to know their jobs well.Charlotte Nissan the worst.This female dealer was extremely lazy.She knew I had got off work and driving to charlotte to meet her.When I arrived she was on her lunch break so we had to wait.After prior knowledge knowing car I wanted.She just stated my payments would be to high and pointed out a Car they wanted me to purchase which had alot of miles on it.When I told her no she stated you just hard to work with.Next she brought out a V8 gas Gusler truck with 80 thousand miles on it and large scratches on the passanger side.when I asked if I could try another vehicle she stated she didn't want to get the keys because she was tired. Dealer gastonia kept me waiting while he was with someone else and when he did get to me the banks had closed.Waisted 25 miles.Plus he smelled of alcohol.Almost about to give up received call from manager Gastonia Chrysler dodge jeep. She was so pleasant and told me to come and arranged contact with a dealer.I must admit I had previously visited this Dealership but I was intimidated because the cars look so nice didn't think I really could afford them although they had a large selection of Jeeps.My visit was incredible.They made me feel so comfortable it was ridiculous.The had the largest selection of bank lenders and I was approved and out of there in my Jeep Wrangler in no time.Man, I wish I had known about them earlier. I didn't have to settle for just any vehicle and I left satisfied with just what I wanted.My dealer Steve Ross was remarkable. If a movie was made showing the perfect salesman he be the best man for the part. More

Best sales experience in Western North Carolina I wanted to purchase a new Chrysler 300 S for my wife. We went to three different dealerships before giving Gastonia Chrysler a shot. We were warmly g I wanted to purchase a new Chrysler 300 S for my wife. We went to three different dealerships before giving Gastonia Chrysler a shot. We were warmly greeted by Ron Fluet and he showed us several cars before we saw the "one". a 2014 Chrysler 300 S fully loaded. As then negotiations started Michael Todd introduced himself as a sales trainer. He assisted Ron all along the negotiation process and was very helpful. Both Ron and Michael were very knowledgeable and curtious. Although negotiations broke down several times during that week, this team continued to work with us until my wife and I were satisfied with the offer. All the while, never being pushy or arrogant. This can be hard to find nowadays. We actually felt that they were working in our best interest, which meant alot to us. It took a week, but in the end, I think everyone was satisfied. I know we were. I would reccommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give Ron and Micheal a shot at your business. Their professional, no pressure approach help seal the deal for this family. Now my wife is riding in style in her new 2014 Chrysler 300 S !!
