I went to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and looked around for a bit then I decided to test drive a 2012 used Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab and a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Mark Raines and Rich Welle assisted me with the experience. Mark did not hassle me nor did he try to persuade me into buying a dodge. I simply stated to him I was just wanted to test drive the trucks. Well to my liking I was very impressed with the way both trucks drove even the used 2012 Dodge drove well. However, after consideration I decided to purchase the new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew cab. It made more since to go with the new truck for the price, warranty, and all the nice extra features that the dealership offers. Mark was their to answer all my questions and concerns through the whole process. He never did try to be pushy or just to get me to buy a car. He was extremely customer focused and very helpful. Also the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. If you decide to purchase a dodge then I highly reccomend going to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Mark Raines or Rich Welle. Buying a 2015 Dodge Dart When I had first visited Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram it was the 38th dealership I had been too in 2 weeks. At that point I was in the mind set th When I had first visited Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram it was the 38th dealership I had been too in 2 weeks. At that point I was in the mind set that I wanted a dart. I was in love with the screen. The sporty look and the blacked out rims on the Granite crystal color. Kelvin met us while we were out looking and was very friendly from the start. He was not pushy in any way and knew a lot of information about every car. Even though I was set on the dart he also took the time to show me other options with everything I wanted and in my price range. He also did not try to sell me something out of my price range. He respected what I wanted and my budget. Once we decided the dart was the one, we talked numbers including my white explorer sport trade in. He did everything he could to get the numbers where I wanted them to be, but it still wasn't where I planned to be out the door. My boyfriend and I left the dealership without a car and I was heartbroken. After going to other dealerships in the areas and talking about the situation hours later we returned ready to write a check. Kelvin was just as helpful and friendly before and welcomed us back in with open arms. He made sure the car I bought was deatailed perfectly and I had a full tank of gas. He also set us an appointment for the next day for me to get my windows tinted for free! Even once I had bought the car and I returned he was STILL as friendly and helpful as if I was buying a car. Kelvin was nothing but repectful to my boyfriend and I and also my mother when she returned with me the next day. He never once pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. My boyfriend is now in the process of trying to buy a truck from Kelvin and my mother now that she has met him also plans to buy her next vehicle with him this year. Also Before I left Kelvin made sure I knew every benefit that came with buying the new car and every thing that the car included and explained it multiple times when I did not understand in ways that I could understand. Like I said I had been to 37 other dealerships and this will be the only one I plan to return to from now on. I also have a Chrysler dodge keep ram dealership 2 miles from my house but I chose to go with the Gastonia dealership over an hour from my house due to working with Kelvin. More
