What a great car-buying experience!!! I could not have been treated better if I would have been family!! Before I went into the showroom, I booked an appointment and asked that my salesperson "not be push been treated better if I would have been family!! Before I went into the showroom, I booked an appointment and asked that my salesperson "not be pushy". Kelvin Maple and Ron Thompson, both exceeded my expectations. Both were very knowledgeable and made me feel like they cared that I had chosen their dealership. Even late, on a Sunday, you would have thought that I was the only person in the dealership and that is the way I was made to feel. Even the "haggling" over the deal was mostly enjoyable. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase. I spent a little more than what I really wanted to spend, but believe that I received the best possible deal given my "upside down" situation. The "perks" will offset several additional costs that I would normally have over the years and help with the economics, which the dealership really seems to get!!! Anything that I asked for in my deal that was reasonable was accepted. Brandon made sure all my "warranty" concerns were covered and since my car delivered from another lot, Rich made sure I got my car a day BEFORE promised. I cannot say "Thank You" enough to all those involved in my experince and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with each of you!! More
