Overall this was my best experience purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly not overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. Gastonia jeep was a welcome change, I have been there for service before and their service department on time and professional, now I can say that the dealership sales department as well is professional and very well run. My wife and I saw three new vehicles, test drove one and in little time got a decent rate for our trade in and a good price on new vehicle. I can honestly say when it comes time to get our next jeep we will be going to Gastonia Chrysler. More

We didn't know what to expect when the dealership changed hands, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the new dealership kept all that McKenney had, along with new perks for doing business with them. This past weekend, we traded in our 9-year old minivan (bought and serviced at McKenney) for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The new sales and management staff were just great - they gave us a very fair price on the trade-in, and were reasonable with the cost of the Overland.
