Did not check pressure when rotating the tires when it was specifically asked for by me to check nitrogen. So I bring it back and was told by service manager they put regular air in because nitrogen machi was specifically asked for by me to check nitrogen. So I bring it back and was told by service manager they put regular air in because nitrogen machine was not working, I could have done that and saved me an hour. Service here has been a joke from a previous time I brought the truck in to have 4 things done, it was there all day and not 1 item was done that day. Parts ordered wrong or not there and should have been, Yes I have emails and back up. I do not believe the managers know what the xxxx the techs do or should I say do not do. My wife is looking for a new vehicle; we would pay cash as we did for my truck but there is no way in xxxx we would purchase here again. May be close to home but not worth the trouble..... More

Service was great but I can get an oil change, 12 point inspection and a tire rotation cheaper. It was 136 just for an oil change.
