I have a 3500 with clearance lights on the roof that were 10 years old. I ordered a set of lights from Parts. I had a water leak in the cab that I thought was coming from the clearance lights. I also asked t 10 years old. I ordered a set of lights from Parts. I had a water leak in the cab that I thought was coming from the clearance lights. I also asked the assistant service manager to have his person check the moonroof as well. The Parts department only got one of the five lights on my first visit to have them installed. Once the mechanic found out, they had only one light they put it back together and found the lights in Orlando and had them shipped for Monday morning. Took the truck in and had the lights changed. The assistant service manager was not there that day and had left word to complete the job. After installation, I checked it out with the water hose when I got home and found I still had the leak. My son came over and took it apart around the moonroof. We found a stopped up drain and the moonroof right side. Blew it out with air and we're waiting to see if it leaks still has not rained. We know for fact it was stopped up and it was cleared and it does drained now but won't know for sure until it rains or somebody has time to put some water on it. I had to leave so I can't tell you how it's coming out yet. But I think it was a miscommunication because the assistant service manager wasn't there and the mechanic didn't know to check it. More
