Every time I deal with Jordan and his crew it's nothing but professionalism. From the time I turn my keys in to picking up the vehicle. That's why I come back. Very professional and respectful. No pressure but wanted to work with us. Appreciated that it took less than 3 hours to buy a car. No pressure but wanted to work with us. Appreciated that it took less than 3 hours to buy a car. More

Although I was pleased with the speed of the appointment and the repair to the water pump, I was not pleased with the response when I had to return my truck for no heat. Heating system worked the day my vehicle was brought in for repairs and not after. I thought the repair may have allowed some air into the line and required a bleeding. But upon evaluation, I was told no air and there might be a restriction caused by debris when the pump was removed. The response was an additional $2000 plus to fix it! The law states if a problem had been caused by the repair, the dealer ship had the responsibility to correct. Following cancer treatment, I am very suspectable to hot and cold conditions. Without the heat, especially this time of year, I need a jacket to drive in my truck. Jury is still out on whether to continue with legal action! More
