Buyer beware!! I can not believe this is a real Jeep dealership! These guys are very nice, until you purchase the vehicle. Situation: While purchasing the vehicl I can not believe this is a real Jeep dealership! These guys are very nice, until you purchase the vehicle. Situation: While purchasing the vehicle the check tire light was on, I was told it’s “probably just a little low tire pressure”. Three days later I took it to tire kingdom and it was actually a broken sensor.. I let the sales team know and “the car is sold as is” aka broken! Cost: about $200. Since the purchase (2 months) I’ve been waiting on a wheel lock (which was in my purchase contract for them to give me) so I can change these dry rotted tires that are a day away from exploding and leaving me stranded on the side of the road.. wait, that’s today!! I was stranded on the side of the road while going to work with locked wheels because this Jeep dealership didn’t want to give me a wheel lock key after two months.. which was in my contract! And don’t tell me they were on “back order”, I called the company and they haven’t been on back order for “weeks”. Cost of breaking old wheel locks off: $40. Cost of new wheel locks: $65. Total cost before all four brand new tires: $305!!! I’m disappointed in this “Jeep” dealership because even after they sold me a car with a broken wheel sensor I gave multiple price effective opportunities to get my wheels off and for me to pay for new tires. I even told their sales manager and he brushed me off. Way to take care of your customers guys! More

Travelling Emergency We were making a road trip from Texas into Florida when the electrical throttle on our Jeep Compass gave out on the way back to Texas. We called this dealership while waiting on our tow. When we got to the shop, Justin remembered my phone call and set my husband at ease. Even though we got there late, they really helped us to the max. They provided us a loner so we could find lodging. And before we left, they told us the problem, cost to fix, and that it would be ready the morning of the next day. The next day, after leaving a little way down the road, we noticed a hesitation that had us concerned, so we turned around and went back. Justin immediately took the vehicle on a test drive. He was honest, and said he felt it, too. He pulled the vehicle into the garage and took out a spark plug. He showed us what had him concerned, we took his recommendation, and within 10 minutes the spark plugs were changed. Problem solved! No more issues with this on our long way back to Texas. Also, they assured us there is a 2 year warranty at any Jeep dealership on parts and service. Even a dealership in Texas! This is the most honest and genuine dealership we've ever dealt with. More

They pushed another contract on me. I said no, just give me my trade in back. They wouldn’t do it. So I lost my extended warranty, interest rate went way up. Very dishonest in my opinion. This was my third new-car purchase at this location. No problem when it was Titusville Jeep Dodge. But this Parks has taken over and it was a very bad experience. Beware. More

I called several times, left several messages, etc, to determine the refund status and continuously got "let me check and will call yo back," never did. Finally got a "was taken to the PO yesterday, a holiday, it arrived today. Bottom line, make sure the vehicle is exactly what you want else a nightmare More
