Aaron was our first contact, he was extremely helpful and very nice. We found a SUV there that we liked but I had 3 others that I wanted to check out at other dealerships. That turned out to be a nightmare. Our experience at Pat Nisson was terrible. Sales guy was nice but the project manager was so pushy and rude we went back to Titusville Chrysler Jeep. Aaron and Ronnie were excellent in answering all of our questions about the SUV. Their project manager Tyler was very nice and negotiated a great price for the SUV and was never pushy or rude at all. We had already pre-approved financing but Tedd helped us get a better rate with another finance company. We are very happy with our Jeep Cherokee and would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a great car with an excellent experience to go there. More

It was my own fault for believing a local customer supporting a local business would be more deserving of honesty and respect. Apparently that was wrong thinking. Their word and handshake seem to be pretty much worthless. A complaint emailed to Customer Service via chrysler.com resulted in an unrelated form letter. Obviously, customer satisfaction IS NOT their #1 priority either. There's too many other dealers and car manufacturers to spend any more money here More

Awful Experience! Going to this dealership was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. They gave us a price for a car, and once we filled out almost all Going to this dealership was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. They gave us a price for a car, and once we filled out almost all of the paperwork, they changed the price of the car. Classic "bait and switch". When we brought the price difference to their attention, they practically kicked us out, with 2 small children. I will never go back to this dealership, and I hope no one else goes through what we did. Buyer's beware! More

Awesome buying experience!!! I recently decided to trade in my Truck for a Jeep and unfortunately had a good amount of negative equity on my Truck. I called numerous dealerships I recently decided to trade in my Truck for a Jeep and unfortunately had a good amount of negative equity on my Truck. I called numerous dealerships and was politely told there is nothing we can do for you. Then out of chance, and having the vehicle I wanted on the lot, I reached out to Titusville CJD. The internet sales manager Rick was fantastic, he took the time to do his due diligence to understand my situation before stating that he couldn't promise but thought we could work something out and asked I come on in. I decided to take the trip from Melbourne up, and I am so glad that I did. I had never really done business with a smaller dealership like this one, but let me tell you, these guys know they have to go the extra mile and they deliver! I had the most unique and dare I say fun? experience buying a vehicle. These guys did not do any of the normal dealership charades that is all BS, got straight to the point, got my approval in, the sales manager Luke was very passionate about making a fair deal all around, the finance manager even went to bat for me with Space Coast while I was sitting there and got them to come down even further on the interest rate. He explained the options for GAP/Warranty/Key replacement/etc but did not push anything other than GAP since I rolled a bit of negative equity into my trade. I honestly felt like from first contact with Rick through till the end that I was being treated with the utmost respect and fairness and that they were never about trying to get as much money as possible out of me, only doing what was best for me and making a customer for life! If you want a great experience with no gimmicks or pushy sales people, go check out this dealership, Im pretty sure you will be pleasantly surprised like I was. Oh and even with buying a used vehicle, they gave me a free 3mo/3k mile warranty that actually covers quite a bit, the free 4 year maintenance normally only for new vehicles, and they fully detailed it and filled the entire tank up! How rare is that on a used vehicle? More
