The service department does a great and timely job for the routine car care, the one time they did mess up they made it right as soon as they could and were upfront and honest about the whole process. So sounds like there collecting money for doing nothing so be aware of them scamming. We went right over to another dealer and it passed no problem..same tint we’ve had for 5 years never a problem but done by a professional window tinter.. the most ignorant and arrogant set of working folks in a professional environment that I’ve ever been around.
