We were in town visiting Hendersonville and picked up a large screw in our front tire I called Parks Ford Quicklane and was given an appointment for that afternoon. Micheal our service advisor was very helpful in resolving our problem. We had a works package done, tire repaired and truck checked from top to bottom as we were returning to Florida the next day. Everything was taken care of and Micheal showed me some issues that would require future attention. We received our truck at the appointed time and were given a break down of are charges. Micheal’s team did a fantastic job and the price we were quoted was what were charged. They have my highest rating. More
