Lack of torque wrench or incompetent mechanic After taking my wife's car into have a NTSB recall preformed, we experienced the worse case of buyers remorse I have ever had with a mechanic. The rec After taking my wife's car into have a NTSB recall preformed, we experienced the worse case of buyers remorse I have ever had with a mechanic. The recall was for the brake pedal light switch, and the work was performed adequately. The problem developed after we took our car home. We found wile driving on the highway that the rear taillight housings were falling off the car. This comes after we had to reassemble the trunk liner when we picked up the car. We discovered that the taillight housing screws had been over tightened and all had broke. Parks manager informed us that they did not work on the tail lights, which was a lie as we had to put the trunk liner back in. Also its highly suspicious that all screws would fail at the exact same time. Parks has failed to even admit that they caused the problem and even quoted up $400.00 to fix their mistake. More
