Service Dept.. Oil Change. Good Experience I chose Parks Lincoln for bringing my new Ford Escape in for it's first oil change. It's location is close to where I live. Where I purchased the Es I chose Parks Lincoln for bringing my new Ford Escape in for it's first oil change. It's location is close to where I live. Where I purchased the Escape is in Apopka, quite a distance farther for just an oil change. I called the Service Dept. the day before to make an appointment, and was able to get in the next day, at the time that I wanted to come in. When I arrived, I parked my car, and went into the customer area of the Service Dept. The lady who works at the front desk was friendly, and invited me to have a cup of coffee, and said that the Service Advisor, Traci, would be right with me. Traci, the Service Advisor, is cheerful, and took care of everything. She made everything go smoothly, from the beginning to the finish. I really appreciated the vacuum cleaning of interior, and the car wash included in the service. I felt good about going to Parks Lincoln. More

I dropped my vehicle off This is a honest review, please avoid these crooks! I had an issue with my battery terminal and my vehicle was not starting. I dropped my vehicle off and I was contacted by Philp who was rude and short on the phone. Basically said he would get to it when they have time? Philp called me back a day later stating it was my battery and the terminal wiring. Little did Philp know is that I replaced my battery two days ago, brand new battery. Yet he insisted that I needed a new battery. He did back pedal and said well it's your wiring and it would cost around $3 to rerun. Fair enough. Three days later I picked my vehicle up and was charged $350 for the wiring!!! I was excepting to pay the $129 diagnostic fee and $3 for the wiring but they overcharged me and wanted to push a new battery on me! I promise these guys are crooks, please take your vehicle somewhere else. I use to be a loyal customer for 8 plus years and referred many of my friends and family to Brian Gruney but this place went downhill since he left!! More

I have been coming to this dealership since 2005. The service provided here is well above reproach. The personnel always make me feel welcome and satisfied. Called to make a service appointment but kept getting a message to leave my name and number so they could call me back. I called 4 times because I don't like to leave a message. I finally left a message on the 5th try and nobody called back. A few days later I received an automated call reminding me that my 30,000 maintenance was due and if I wanted to speak to a service advisor to make an appointment I should press a certain key. I decided to give it a chance. James picked up the phone and I did make an appointment with him and also told him of my experience with trying to make an appointment a few days earlier. He said he would pass the information on to the service manager and was very apologetic. I was told service would take about 45 minutes but it took 1 1/2 hours. More
I have been going to this dealership whenever I owned a Lincoln product. Dealing with Brian Gurney is always a pleasure because I feel like he has a real concern for me and the service I receive from the Lincoln product. Dealing with Brian Gurney is always a pleasure because I feel like he has a real concern for me and the service I receive from the dealership. Whether its routine maintenance or a problem which needs to be correctly identified, I know he will take care of my needs as though the car belonged to him personally. Having bought my Lincoln here 6 years ago I have never had a bad experience with service. All employees are friendly and make me feel welcome, especially James in service and the gentleman that drives me had a bad experience with service. When I purchased my car my salesman Don Luciani was helpful, knowledgeable and still keeps in touch. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends and will continue to be a loyal customer as they are very professional and most of all courteous. More

I always ask for Brian Gurney when I bring in my vehicle for service. Although everyone at the Longwood dealership has been very professional, Brian is my favorite. The quality of care on my vehicle has kept me in a Lincoln. The service dept at Longwood is over the top. Bringing your car in for service is usually a headache for some people.
