My assigned service rep was Steven and he was fantastic! When things didn't go as planned with my visit, he did everything possible to make up for it in some way, including providing valet delivery service When things didn't go as planned with my visit, he did everything possible to make up for it in some way, including providing valet delivery service for my vehicle when it wasn't ready as promised. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the service team here and can't commend them enough for not trying to sell me things that I don't need. I even asked for a particular service and it was explained that unless I was experiencing specific issues with the vehicle, the service I asked about really wasn't needed. How many places would pass an opportunity to make a few hundred extra dollars?!!! I don't have experience with ANY!! KUDOS to Parks Lincoln Service, you are my new GO TO dealership for all of my service needs for my vehicle and when I'm ready to buy a new one, Parks Lincoln will be the FIRST stop!! Thank you!! Three times of dropping my car off and main issue isn’t fixed. AC smells - deodorizer doesn’t fix the problem.
