Love the overall dealership and the new facilities. Still having issues with Service as they are not returning calls related to the service. The HUD addition was an expensive add on to the Aviator Grand Touring and the HUD is not centered, displaying the left 3rd into the incoming traffic lane. Sales punts the issue to Service and Service punts it back to Sales. Still no resolution as it is a horizontal centering, not vertical or rotational which is available as a user adjustment. Service apparently rotated the tires from to back, but did not adjust the pressure leaving the front at 40 pounds and the back tires at 32 pounds. I called the dealership and no response. So I must find a station to have the pressures corrected. Poor communication and responsiveness from the service manager in charge of my most recent service. More
