We found the dealership to be beautifully maintained and upscale. The staff was courteous and professional. The general manager and the Finance manager were both extremely professional and pleasant. The overall experience was delightful with no pressure for up sells. Our only complaint was that it took over 2 1/2 hours to finalize the deal after we selected a vehicle even though I had completed a loan application online the night before and had no problem with the approval. All in all one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had in several years. More
