I highly recommend Parks Lincoln at the Tampa location. Ron Andolina, their Director in the used car department, went above and beyond. He gave us a deal on our BMW that other dealerships were not able to come close to. We received the best deal possible for an amazing low mile, very well maintained, luxury vehicle. We were provided a complete history of the vehicle as part of their transparency. He assigned us a great sales person, Josh, who was very helpful, and Mr. Andolina was involved in the process every step of the way from beginning to end, which ensured that our purchase was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mind you, the entire transaction was over the phone and a pleasure. Jason, in finance, walked us through the pricing options, and it was effortless. At the end of the purchase, Josh delivered our car to my home with a full tank of gas, and we were able to sign all necessary documents in the comfort of our home. The dealership provided a welcome bag of gifts when they delivered the car. Finally, even after the sale was completed, Ron Andolina called us to make sure that our expectations were met.
