My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. Bobby is the most professional representative that we have encountered in many years. He has an excellent knowledge of the product and operating systems. He took time to explain to us how to use the Sync system on the 2012 MKX that we purchased. Most of all we had the opportunity to meet other representatives of this dealership reveling an impressive team of professionals who are very customer oriented.
