The service advisor was excellent and deserves 5 stars. The question was about the dealership however. They deserve only 3 which is why I settled for 4. I was pleased by the response of the service advisor who knew better than try to defend this incompetence. He did make a futile attempt to upsell me wipers at a ridiculous price, but wisely backed down. Too bad Lincoln lacks the quality and confidence the brand once inspired. More
