I visited the dealership with a pre approval from Cap 1 and they tried to increase the rate. Took same pre approval to Ferman Cheverlot and the honored the rate and I purchased a new Tahoe. Came to have recall completed and was told I would receive a rental covered under my extended warranty. Got there at 8:00am. There were no rentals and they told me even if there were I would have to p receive a rental covered under my extended warranty. Got there at 8:00am. There were no rentals and they told me even if there were I would have to pay. I would not have scheduled it for that say knowing that. I was then late for work and had to get my car back without anything done. Not pleased at all. Wasted an entire morning especially since I asked the day before. More
