The service representative Savannah was wonderful. Other then that they couldn’t be specific about what my problem was or how to fix it. It was a guessing game 4 return trips and grossly overcharged I More

I gave you 4 tries! Are you suggesting I bring it in a 5th time so you can overcharge me to “guess” what’s wrong and overcharge me again?

I thought The initial estimate for the ? Computer system was high. Only after I questioned it Savannah gave me the option for a rebuilt or less expensive part. Then when I came to pick it up and the car started with no problem the check engine light came on. Upon my return I was informed the battery was dead!?!? The car just started fine!?!? Computer fixed … battery replaced… $4-5,000.00 later the alternator goes. You want $1400 for and alternator that anyone else can do for $600. Alternator replaced…. Check engine light still on!!!! Now you want to know what you can do to make me happy????
