My car was there for over a week for a service that should have been done in a day and I was never told why they had to keep it so long. I didn't complain since I had to go out of town anyway but they should have been more responsive. The 4 rating is because the concierge service was awesome and convenient. More

I received a text message to confirm the appointment, reminders, a text message when the driver was on his way and when he arrived, when the service was complete, they kept me informed all the time. Troy Ruthruff at the service department was very helpful and professional. I am very impressed. I am enjoying my Lincoln Aviator. The Service department brings the experience to a brand new level!
