My entire experience with Lincoln Tampa was simplified. Pascal was so calm and easy to work with. I left the dealership on the day or purchase actually happy. Pascal sat with the finance manager and I while I filled out the paper work when all and I mean all of my past experiences they don’t even sit down while you sign with finance. He was super nice and the best in florida in my eyes. He should train others in his field because he knows guest services. I absolutely love my car and will continue to love it. I am thankful I was able to get a car with the lack of cars on the market. But Pascal always kept me updated along the way. He is wonderful and so is the dealership.
