April 25, 2021 My wife purchased a 2021 Aviator Black label Hybrid. The sales person Josh Whipple was fantastic. We completed the transaction in less than 3 hours. Upon arriving at home we found that th label Hybrid. The sales person Josh Whipple was fantastic. We completed the transaction in less than 3 hours. Upon arriving at home we found that the charging cable was missing. I called the dealer they ordered it, and a few days later I picked it up. Several months later the vehicle stopped charging. Again I called the dealer, they left me a loaner vehicle and they took the Aviator back to the shop. They diagnosed a faulty charging cable. Two days later I got the car back and a week later they delivered a new cable. A bit of an inconvenience, but so far so good. Friday August 20th the air conditioner stopped working. I Called the service department and I explained the problem to a young lady who told me that they couldn't fit me in until Wednesday the 25th! I wasn't too happy about that but I suggested that I drop off the vehicle and get a loaner until they could fix the problem. She told me It couldn't be done because they had no loaners available and she did not offer any other options. Troy Ruthruff from the service department was very understanding and did his best to try to salvage the situation but by then we had lost confidence in the reliability of the vehicle and we definitely did not appreciate the initial response from the service department. So with less than 3,000 miles on the odometer on August 21st we went to another dealership and traded for another premium brand. We were very disappointed with the reliability of the vehicle and service experience at the dealership. More
