Early in the day we went to another Lincoln dealership in Clearwater and found a certified MKX with low miles that we really liked. They allowed us to put a $250 deposit down, to hold the vehicle while we looked at the other Lincoln in Tampa. We drove across the bay to Parks and worked with a salesman named Harold. I explained our situation to let him know we are ready to BUY a car and showed paperwork that proved I had another vehicle on hold at another dealership. I wanted him to know we were not looking to waste anyone’s time and planned to buy a car. I wanted to compare prices to see if I could beat the offer in Clearwater. First warning the sticker price on the car IS NOT the same prices that is listed on the internet. It's marked up and was about 7k - 10k more than the prices in Clearwater. I found the hard way because I looked at site after we already left the dealership and went to CarMax. I called Harold back and asked what the best price would be for a specific car and he said we’d have to come back to the dealership to talk to a manager. Knowing the dealership was going to close in 30 minute I asked if it would be an issue because we’d have to drive back. He said no, the manager will wait to speak to us to see what they can do for us. We drove back to the dealership and took the car for a test drive and came back to talk numbers. I pulled out the paperwork from other dealership and asked if they could beat that price. He went back and forth with his manager Craig (who initially didn’t bother to come talk to us directly). When he came back with new paperwork he focused on a bottom line number that “looked” better than the other offer from (but when i looked at the itemized lines there was a down payment charge for 5k that was not disclosed to me). When I questioned the price he got up to talk to his manager for the 3rd/4th time. The GM general manager Craig Randolph finally decided to come to talk to us. At first he was cordial and introduced himself, then within 30 seconds he looks at me and says “Are you prepared to offer more than the price that my salesmen gave you?” I looked at him and asked him to repeat the question because I didn’t really understand what he asked. He repeated himself and basically said if you have a better price, then go somewhere else. At that point is was so disgusted with his attitude and demeanor I stood up and said “THAT is exactly what I will be doing” and we walked out. I cannot believe how rude the General Manager of the dealership would speak to a customer. Moral of the story is if you are truly looking to buy a Lincoln the dealership in Clearwater is much more pleasant, professional and courteous. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They tell me what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait. My Navigator wouldn’t start this week...it was towed to Parks and everything was covered under warranty. Adriana talked with me for at least 45 minutes while I was there, about my truck and my options, among other things. She is an amazing asset to the Parks Service Team...friendly, easy to talk to and extremely empathetic. I left Parks without paying a thing, and a smile on my face! S. Patrick More

Worse case, sabotage. Best case, negligent. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back with the transmission and traction control system not operating properly. Took i Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back with the transmission and traction control system not operating properly. Took it back and was told It needed a Transmission Control Module for $1,800 and a display for $985,, but they couldn't replicate the problem. I paid $135 for a diagnostic fee and drove it home, where I got under the hood. I found a relay that controls the power to the TCM and display unplugged. Once I reseated it, I have had no more problems. More

He takes me in and asks Roger Cromer to help. Roger asks me if I am just dropping off the vehicle, I said no, I have 1pm appointment to do this little software recall fix, I'll wait up to an hour while it gets done. Roger, in a nasty tone says that'll never happen. I responded in like tone and said why the xxxx not, I have had an appointment for a month to do this, reconfirmed 2 days ago. He said my appointment is with a service rep not to get the work done, then said I'll ask you to leave if you talk to me like that. That boiled my blood, told him where to go, and left. I will never go back. More
