BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I had stopped by Parks a few months ago to compare a MKX to an MKC. Fred Fullbright greeted me when I walked in the door. I told him why I was there and that i would be looking for a Certified Preowned vehicle towards the end of the year when the lease on my VW ran out. He said "no problem" we spent about an hour looking at MKC and MKX. A few months later I called Fred to schedule a meeting to introduce my wife and and show her the cars. A couple of days later we drove off in our 2015 MKC. We got a great deal on a beautiful car. No hassles.......it was great! More

He does such a caring, thorough, extra effort job in making sure that everything is completely done and thoroughly attended to. I would say that over my car purchasing lifetime--easily 20 to 25 different dealerships and probably 35 vehicles, that Larry is the best service advisor I have dealt with.! Overall, this dealership cannot be beat --Nick Cherok in finance , Tom Hunter in sales, and Larry in service are all outstanding! It is a pleasure to come to this dealership and well worth the 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive for me. I wouldn't consider going to the closer dealerships as an alternative.
