As a Customer and current Lincoln owner I do not like being lied to. The customer service and response I received from the Assistant Service Manager Larry at Parks Lincoln made me feel violated concernin being lied to. The customer service and response I received from the Assistant Service Manager Larry at Parks Lincoln made me feel violated concerning my personal property and invaluable as a new customer. I originally brought my SUV in on 1/13/14 for warranty Service on the sunroof. Two days after receiving the SUV back on 1/16/14, I was returning to Parks Lincoln for the same exact issue. On the second trip to the Parks Lincoln the sunroof was repaired and I was advised the wind deflectors were replaced on both sides. My SUV was pulled up by the valet and I left the dealership on 1/20/14. Several minutes after leaving the dealership I noticed that the Valet key was missing from my key fob. I returned to the dealership within 20 minutes. Upon speaking to Larry I asked for the key and it was not provided. He informed me he did not know where the key was. I asked why would the key be removed if there was no need for it to be removed to complete service on my SUV. He stated he didn't know maybe it fell out. I then asked him if he could run the Vin on the car and create a new key since they misplaced it. He said no, since I did not purchase my Vehicle from Parks Lincoln of Tampa (Which is registered in my name and has a 6yr 100,000 mile warranty on it) it would be a breach of Confidentiality. He then informed me I needed to go home and return with the spare key of which they could make a copy. I later called Central Florida Lincoln in Orlando where I purchased the car and they informed me that I was in the Lincoln system and any Lincoln Dealership could create a new Key with the Vin number from the vehicle. So I went back Parks Lincoln for the 4th time and again asked Larry if they could create me a new Key from my Vin number. I explained to him this is not my first car with a keyless entry and could he explain why the key was removed from the fob in the first place, he still could not explain or elaborate on the need to remove the key. Larry then put in a service ticket to replace the key. With-in 20 minutes I was given a key that opened my vehicle, which I'm pretty sure is my original key. This makes me feel very uncomfortable doing business at this location. I'm putting this up here so other consumers will be aware to check their keys when they have service completed on their vehicles any location. More

Larry Mills, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful Larry Mills, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful with getting the proper people involved to quickly examine my cracked windshield and to list Larry Mills, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful with getting the proper people involved to quickly examine my cracked windshield and to listen to our feelings that it should be a warranty problem, not a crack caused by road damage. They were able to contact the proper people at Ford to explain the situation and convince them that even though Lincoln does not normally cover glass damage of this nature as a warranty item, this was indeed a very unusual situation and Ford agreed to support their findings. The parts were ordered promptly and they were ready for me when I brought the car back. They issued me a loner car while my car was being repaired and completed the work within the time frame they promised. Everyone we came in contact with at Parks Lincoln were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to take my car back there for service. More

I have been involved in buying quite a few cars. The last three were purchased fm the same Lincoln dealer in Clearwater. Until now, it has always been a stressful and tiring experience. Never before did I accept the first offer presented much less feel delighted with it. Never before was every single person pleasant, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Although it is over two hours round trip, I'll get all cars fm Parks in future and recommend them to all my family and friends, in fact I've already done so. This is the most positive experience I've ever had buying a car! More
My 2007 MKX was getting ready to reach the 80k miles in the coming week. So I decided to explore options but not really committed to purchasing at this time. He took the time to learn what I was looking for and shortly a vehicle was ready to test drive. Jason was polite, professional, and listened to my needs and concerns. I looked at a second vehicle with addtional safety features. At the end of the visit I had purchased a new vehicle. I returned in two days to pick up the vehicle; it was ready and waiting for me. Jason also did the financial portion. He explained each form and answered all my many questions. Before leaving the lot, Jason reveiwed the many features of the vehicle and we customized to my needs. I also know what to expect when I come in for scheduled maintenance. This was a pleasant experience. More

I first talked to Bobby last June when we test drove a Navigator L. I was very impressed with the car and wanted to stay within the Ford family. I have an Expedition now which no longer suites our growi Navigator L. I was very impressed with the car and wanted to stay within the Ford family. I have an Expedition now which no longer suites our growing family's needs. So I told Bobby that I was waiting for business to pickup at my data consulting company and that as soon as I could buy (lease), I'd be back to talk to him. He called me regularly, at first, to follow up then occasionally, then not at all as time went by. Seven months later (December 2013) I took my son back to the dealership and leased the Navigator. It was because of his perseverance that I bought and also because I love the car. In all those follow-up calls he never pressured me which was really refreshing. He was able to meet me on the budget through some light negotiation and got the car to me sooner than I expected - since it was coming from another dealership. Overall I'm very impressed with the team down at Park's and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again. More
