When I had a problem with the body shop not repairing my car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal custom car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. However, when a customer has a problem, you either lose them (by not handling it properly), or make them a loyal customer by giving them 110% satisfaction. This dealership has taken care of me for over 9 years. One time I'd just had hip surgery & they brought everything to me because I couldn't travel & needed to turn my car in because I leased.
