It was also handy that when I was taking out all the stuff from the old Lincoln to put into the new car, he did a final check and discovered that I forgot my transponder. I would not even have missed it till I got a bill for the use of the Crosstown. The staff are always very nice at the dealership, which explains why we always get the car serviced there. More

The dealership is small so you know the service mangers and they can attend to your needs quickly. Prices are competitive and fair. Even bought my tires there as price was competitive with tire stores. and they can attend to your needs quickly. Prices are competitive and fair. I just leased the new MKZ from Parks Lincoln, and the people I dealt with there, Guy, Nick and Joe, were highly professional, helpful, and accommodating. They understood what I was trying to do and worked with me so I'd be happy with the price. Their great service did not stop with the sale either. For instance I needed my old car delivered to my home nearly 30 miles away, and Guy delivered it for me. Guy also took extra care to show me the vehicle's features after the sale to get me fully acquainted with it. He continues to stay in touch to make sure I am happy to check if I need anything. This has been my best experience with a dealership and with buying a new car, hands down! Great job guys, thanks for taking care of me. More
Two weeks ago, my husband and I went into the dealership for the first time. We had been called because they had received the model we were interested in. From the moment we parked our vehicle, we were tr for the first time. We had been called because they had received the model we were interested in. From the moment we parked our vehicle, we were treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff was friendly and professional, Bobby treated us like "royalty." We left the dealership with a new vehicle at a price and trade-in that was fair. I do not relish the "car buying experience" and, for the most part, usually leave with a "bad taste" in my mouth whether I have made a purchase or not. That was not the case at Parks. I would definitely recommend the dealership and have, in fact, already made the recommendation to 2 co-workers. It is my sincere hope that the sales team at Parks receive the credit they deserve for exceeding this customer's expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. More
We went to Parks because we were intrigued by a luxury car that got 45 MPG (MKZ). After a drive and a detailed explanation of the cars features by Jason we were sold. Everything about the experience was fantastic except for one thing. It seems that there is such a demand for this car that Lincoln can't make them fast enough. We ordered the car and waited about 4 months for delivery. Well worth the wait. More

I was instantly blown away by the level of servic I took our my MKZ in for service because of a problem we were having with the air conditioner. I was instantly blown away by the level of service. Larry took the time to listen to the problem and even had a technician that specialized with AC to sit in the car and go over the issue with me. They spent quite a long time examining the car and even contacted engineers at Lincoln to make sure everything was ok. In the end the issue was the driver (me). The bottom line is I have never been treated this great at a car dealer service department. The service department definitely complemented what was a great buying experience at Parks. More
