Denise Fuller, my service advisor, has been top shelve for taking care of the service of my vehicle, including the installation of TRD dual exhaust and TRD cold air intake. The installation, performed by Eric, was professionally installed with no problems. My first maintenance was taken care of with timely results. I would recommend Parks Toyota for service to anyone. They also serviced my wife's Lexus RX 350 with positive results. More
Service Center is Horrible I had the absolute worst experience today in the service department. So I called yesterday the actual dealership not a 800 number, I spoke with a you I had the absolute worst experience today in the service department. So I called yesterday the actual dealership not a 800 number, I spoke with a young lady that apparently is not professional enough to comprehend last names as mine was input as Trees and I never received my confirmation email and was told when I arrived that I did not have an appointment and was left sitting in my car for over 10 minutes while the boy went and finally figured out to ask me for my first name and realized the clerical error. Then I get this very extremely rude, lazy, nasty attitude, self absorbed, unprofessional, uneducated pathetic excuse of a service advisor named Roberto, who told me I did not have a warranty for service which I clarified yesterday when I made the appointment that it would be transferable from the wonderful dealership David Maus Toyota where I previously purchased the vehicle, so anyways this guy tells me how much it will cost me, mind you I have paid extra in my loan for these services, I advise him no that's not how it works again so he sends me to the lounge while he so called works on it, only to come back 20 minutes later and tell me he was at a stand still and basically could not do anything for me because David Maus was not answering their phone and I would have to do his job and call them myself, which I did and amazingly the phone that they would not answer they picked up on the first ring, so I ask for the information, I go back to his counter proceed to give him the information that he would need for a 25 second call which was the phone number to warranty company, the VIN #, the mileage and the ROR #, and it would be an automated call and he would get a approval #, well just as rude as he was the first time he became even ruder this time and cut me off telling me that all he needed was the phone number he had the rest, needless to say he wasn't prepared and was lazy bypassed the automated system to talk to a person did not have the ROR # when asked because he had not created it yet so the call took 5 mins instead of 25 seconds, then he sends my car back for the oil change, tire rotation and car wash 45 minutes after my appointment, so after it was there one of the actual mechanics brought my keys too him and pulled my car up, I saw it sitting in the service bay and my keys on his counter because I know the lanyard on my keys then watched him go to the bathroom talk to the girls do some stuff on the computer, and eventually about 20 minutes later he finally walked over to me and sat down to go over their recommendations which I previously told him not to bother since he had already taken up so much of my time. SO THIS IS WHERE IT GETS WORSE,A he says here you go nice a freshly washed have a good day. Ok what David Maus walks you out and checks for satisfaction, he didn't do that, oh and not to mention he had me sign a paper about a ding on my door that he inspected without me present, so I walk out and about died, *I went over the St John's River bridge last night and bugs got out the front of my car, the mirrors and windshield. Now I never use Toyota's car wash unless I'm getting a service, so I almost died when I seen the car had not been washed as he said, I opened his door and asked him if he even looked at it he replied no so I told him to and clearly it had not been washed, his response was oh I guess they forgot, do you want me to see if someone is still working, uuummm no I have at this point been here for 2 hours and 19 minutes for a hour service and you just lied to me so how do I rrally know the service got completed. So by this point I was beyond pissed I said I will just take it and get it down by professionals like I usually do since there are none here. I started to leave and stopped on the sales side approached a sales man, explained the situation, he offered me a car wash, uuummm hello it was not about the car wash now I'm not sure if you even really changed my oil and did the tire rotation or not. So he goes to get the service manager of course she is busy with a customer and can't come speak with me so I would have to wait more than the 2 and a half hours I have now been at thw storw, so he took my name and phone number, well needless to say I have not receives that phone call. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS TO DEALERSHIP. I may only live 5 miles away but the extra 39 miles will be well worth real service. More

Oil Change Coupon I received a coupon addressed to me for a free synthetic oil change. I set up an appointment and when I get there they can't do it because my Tacoma d I received a coupon addressed to me for a free synthetic oil change. I set up an appointment and when I get there they can't do it because my Tacoma does not take the same synthetic oil they have in bulk, but they can give me 15% off. The only thing the coupon specified was up to 5 quarts, not the oil weight. The coupon was a great opportunity to get me in the door, but I will be going elsewhere in the future to buy my 3rd Tacoma and will continue to go to DeLand Ford for oil changes. More
