Ed Zuniga provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. From our very first conversation, he helped us get a great deal and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He was start to finish. From our very first conversation, he helped us get a great deal and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we got the right car. Even a week after we purchased the vehicle, he followed up to see how everything was going and let us know to contact him if we needed anything. His dedication and excellent customer service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Ed to anyone looking to buy a car. More
If It gave me the option to leave zero stars I would, I’m very disappointed on this place , I had already purchased about 4 vehicles from parkway but the one from tomball, only if I would’ve known this was g very disappointed on this place , I had already purchased about 4 vehicles from parkway but the one from tomball, only if I would’ve known this was going to make me waste time and money I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter that at least was going to be running good for a couple of yrs without having to visit a mechanic and that was the first thing that we mentioned to the sales man (Eduardo) which apparently didn’t know what he was doing. I bought the vehicle 4/11/26 and it stayed there for a couple of days because they where supposedly waiting for a side light that was damaged , I also thought they where doing a full vehicle inspection since they took a long time. Shortly after picking up the vehicle , like the next day that we drove it in the freeway we noticed that the transmission had serious problems even when the vehicle was represented to us as being in an excellent working condition , we called the dealership and they told us to take it back so they could check what the issue was , they kept the vehicle like for 3 weeks and we kept calling for updates but nothing, till one day they called us just to tell us that to fix the transmission was going to be 6K plus, and that it was our responsibility to pay half, we didn’t have the money to fix it! And they send us a message that the vehicle was ready to be picked up but it wasn’t safe to drive, when I feel that they didn’t do a full check up on the vehicle, why would I buy a vehicle that was needing transmission repair asap, I would have appreciated more transparency about the vehicles condition before the sale. As this being a certified dealership I would have expected more from them, next time I would just buy in marketplace if that’s the case, Based on my bad experience, I would recommend anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before making a purchase. Till this day the manager was supposed to give me a call back :( More

Eight day wait to be told I needed a new engine and catalytic converter for over $12,000. I was quoted over the phone at a reputable well-known place that advertises rebuilt engine & transmissions, that they’d do the repair for $5,000 in three days or less. What did I do? I paid $240 for both and I took it for an oil change and $89 & diagnostic. Nothing wrong with the car! I’ve put 2,000 miles on since & started calling attorneys. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t go. More
“Does it matter? Y’all aren’t going to buy it anyway.” said in an aggressive, irritated tone, almost like he was talking down to us. This is what Joseph at Kia Pa Y’all aren’t going to buy it anyway.” said in an aggressive, irritated tone, almost like he was talking down to us. This is what Joseph at Kia Parkway said to me when I simply asked about pricing if we came back after comparing other dealerships. Then he walked off and drove the car away. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. My wife, her mom, and I came in to help her buy a car since she’s not familiar with the process. From the start, the experience felt off. Joseph never properly greeted us or introduced himself and honestly seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited about 15–20 minutes while he helped other people, which is fine, but when he finally brought a car out, he didn’t explain anything about it. He just stood there, gave us a price when we asked, and then walked away, leaving the car running with no guidance at all. When we told him we wanted to compare prices with other dealerships—which is just being smart with a big purchase—his attitude completely changed and led to the comment above. After that interaction, we went to the front desk to get his name since he never introduced himself. When we asked for the General Manager, we were told there was no GM available at the location at the time, which was confusing. Instead, another manager came to speak with us. While we were speaking with that manager, I noticed Joseph in the background laughing with another employee and looking right at us, which felt really disrespectful. The manager did hear us out, but nothing was really addressed and no accountability was taken. I will be escalating this beyond the dealership and contacting Kia corporate and other consumer protection organizations. This type of behavior should not be ignored. At the end of the day, buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve basic respect. This experience fell far below that. More
I agree with other reviewers using words like deceptive and scam. If you get a price on the website don't expect it to be the price when you get there. and scam. If you get a price on the website don't expect it to be the price when you get there. More

BEWARE! Deceptive pricing! We saw the car listed at 21k on THEIR website and drove 3 hours to purchase. After test drive, sat down to discuss price and fi Deceptive pricing! We saw the car listed at 21k on THEIR website and drove 3 hours to purchase. After test drive, sat down to discuss price and financing. First the salesman brought a paper with a price of $24.3k which he said was supposed to be the price based on "comps". We pointed out that was not the price on their OWN website so he went to the manager and came back with the $21k price. They also added a $3k "protection package" charge which we said we didn't want. The salesman said they "had to put that on there to protect their cars from being stolen". He said they did this for all their cars. We said they should have included this in the sales price posted not adding it once a buyer was at the dealership as that is deceptive pricing. Then the salesman provided some fairy tale about the state telling them how much they can sell cars for and that they couldn't add this to the price until a person came to buy a vehicle. We finally agreed to accept $500 over the cost we had originally agreed to ($21.5k) but then they said they "weren't making any money at that price" so wouldn't accept the offer. The salesman and manager said all of this with straight faces and how they are a top dealer and no one else had this issue with them. They kept trying to get us to identify a monthly payment even after we stated we would agree to the sales price with our down payment. We couldn't even get them to share what interest rate they used for "basic payment rates" as they produced this paper with payments on it to try to get us to agree and take us away fromthe discussion of price. It was a frustrating experience with the games they played related to deceptive pricing. Be prepared to deal with these types of games if you buy from them! We did not buy the car due to lack of transparency about pricing. More
