I went to Parkway because of their price reduction on the 2023 Honda Ridgeline. The service was prompt, and of course, the question was how much I would receive for my Toyota Highlander to conclude the deal. 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I greatly appreciated that there was no "gamesmanship"; just honest and open communication. I did not get all that I wanted; however, we compromised close enough to make the deal possible. My salesperson, Justin, was very effective in working with me and his manager. The entire process was very efficient and honest. Justin was great before the sale and afterwards. He was personable and professional making the entire purchase and takeover easy and timely. Dealing with the signing of papers and services was also a breeze. The advance communication that Justin, our salesperson, had with the person handling the paperwork allowed that transaction to be completed in a matter of minutes. I have a local Honda dealership that did not have the model, color, and price of the new Ridgeline at Parkway, but the assurances that the included free service for two years would be handled at home was reassuring.
