My visit to Prime was a very pleasurable one!! My sales consultant Steven Lander had been e-mailing me telling me of the programs that were going on which would benefit me to purchase a car. I spoke to him on Tuesday night and confirmed with him to come in on Wednesday, even though we were supposed to get a snow storm. I got to Prime with my two children first thing in the morning and was greeted at the door by none other than Steven. He welcomed me and then took us to his desk where he proceeded to ask me some questions that he said would help in the process of finding the correct vehicle for me. We test drove both the CRV ex and the CRV lx in a raging snow storm!!!! I ended up purchasing the CRV ex and within two hours I was driving my brand new CRV ex home. Steven made it so easy to purchase a car, I would reccomend him to everyone, very personable and fun to work with!! More
Professional, courteous service, and a willingness to right a wrong, is what ultimately won our business. Early on in the sales process there was a mix up in the pricing of our lease payment. Needless to say it was not in our favor and we weren't pleased. However, Prime recognized that their had been a communication problem on their side, apologized for it, and then aggressively sought to make up for it. In the end we got to a very good number and while not exactly what we initally wanted, found through competitive analysis that Prime still had the best price. Steve and the team at Prime finished strong, and that's what mattered to us. More

Having no choice but to bring our 3 children, the dealer's playroom was a perfect retreat for them to pass the time while the sales process took place. Prime even served sandwiches and cookies which our kids loved. The car buying process is tough and even though the food was good, it was more about the people and less about the food at Prime Honda that made our car buying experience one of the best we ever had. Due to a problem with our Acura (a luxury Honda) our taste for Honda cars soured but due to the pressure free, no nonsense approach to selling cars at Prime Honda, and with Steve specifically, we came back to being a Honda customer. My girlfriend and I bought our 09 Civic LX yesterday at Prime Honda. We had pleasant experience from the first phone call to the final deal. We first wanted a 2-year lease but there was some problem with my credit score, then we decided to buy the car. Steve Lander helped us out all the way through. In the first visit, we arrived there late, but Steve was very patient and friendly. He showed us a nice and clean car for a test drive, explained everything in the contract, then led us to Sam at their finance department. Sam was also very helpful. Alhough that time we didn't make the deal for the lease, their service gave us very good impression. So 2 week later when we decided to buy a Civic LX, we again went to Prime Honda. Steve showed us another nice car (the previous one was sold). Instead of negotiating once more, he just accepted the price we agreed upon for the lease, which saved us a lot of time. The financing part was also smooth with the help from Sam. In all, Steve and Sam showed us their honesty and professionalism: no nonsense prices, no tricks, no annoying phone calls, no pressuring,... We highly recommend Steve and Sam at Prime Honda for anyone wants a nice car at a reasonable price, good service with respect and also the peace of mind even after signing the contract. As for other dealers, Bernardi was good too; Herb Chambers couldn't match Prime's price, neither could Kelly; Cambridge Honda's internet salesman was very active. In contrast, Boch is the worse dealer we've ever seen: dishonest price quote (though they claim they can beat anyone), annoying emails/calls, "deposit trick" (tell you only 1 car left, push you to pay deposit, then you have to go to their showroom). Please, please, keep away from Boch. More

After leaving other dealerships unsatisfied, my husband and I were happy to meet Steve Lander at Prime Honda. He was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted by selling us a less expensive v and I were happy to meet Steve Lander at Prime Honda. He was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted by selling us a less expensive version version of the CRV and then adding on the amenities we wanted, like leather interior and privacy glass. Steve was easy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone. More

I was debating buying a Civic Hybrid, but wanted to take a test drive to make sure it truly was what I wanted. From the first online contact with the Internet Manager April to a quick follow-up with the Sal a test drive to make sure it truly was what I wanted. From the first online contact with the Internet Manager April to a quick follow-up with the Sales Manager who called me to give his contact info and info for Derrell Cole who would assist me, all went smoothly. The test drive confirmed the car was one I wanted to buy. The price negotiations for the new car and trade went smoothly and professionally with Derrell (no bringing in the Sales boss to pressure me or any of the crap I found at other Honda dealers locally .... cough Herb and Ernie ...cough). Given I wanted a trim not on the lot, Derrell worked to quickly locate a vehicle meeting my needs and negotiating the dealer trade (Black Book online had given a fair range to set a value and the used car manager concurred with the car's condition) to get it on its way to Prime for me. All went well until a blizzard buried the car at the other dealer and getting it out of the storage lot became an issue. Derrell persisted and the car arrived for delivery. The delivery went well except for my insurance company failing to fax the stamped registration back for RMV needs. Derrell got the sticker people to stay late and with 5 minutes to spare before the RMV computers shut down, my car was ready for me to drive off in. All in all this was a great car buying experience and Derrell especially, and all the other people that supported him at Prime made it that way. More
