My visit was very enjoyable. My customer rep. was knowledgable about the dealership and had the answer to all i asked. The vehicles are impressive and fun to drive and reasonably priced. Prime honda was by far one of the best car dealerships i have dealt with, i have been to other Honda dealers and Prime was top rated. Jeff the service person who checked me in was very courteous,knowledgeab have dealt with, i have been to other Honda dealers and Prime was top rated. The customer service manager Dimitria Sullivan was absolutely wonderful, made sure i had everything i needed, made arrangements for me to get home. The dealer, Steve Lander, was really friendly and efficient. He made sure that all the paperwork were in before I picked up my car. It was clear that he had a wide range of knowledge about this year's models and past models. He gave us accurate, balanced information about both the Honda Fit and the Honda Civic. He was also patient as we struggled to find pricing and a payment plan acceptable to all. I would highly recommend Fernando Quinones for his pleasant manner and his knowledge. More
The transmission on my 2001 Honda Civic went three weeks ago, although I did not purchase my car at Prime they bent over backwards to get me a great deal on a factory rebuilt. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord in January 2008. The customer service was excellent. I visited several other dealerships were the sales rep/financing were too overbearing. Since this visit was for an oil change only and there was no charge for it, my visit could not have been better. The ladies were efficient, polite, accomodating and very professional. There was a bit of a wait, but the reason for it was explained to me. The only element lacking was the absence of the fresh baked cookies! Everything else was just perfect as always. From the moment I arrived I felt this was going to be a pleasant experience, because I wasn't attacked by a multitude of sale people.
