Chairs in waiting room are comfy(though I dislike that there are few places to sit now that are not in front of the tv.). There are a couple of guys there who have been there for at least 20 years- very efficient and knowledgeable . I think they might still bake cookies throughout the late morning and early afternoon! Service Department needs improvements badly! Oil change on 8/16/2019 at 12:15 pm. Took about an hour or so. When I arrived at home I opened the hood to check oil level and was shocked, oil spots were all over the engine. Too bad I did not check it while I was there. Whoever did oil change on my CRV - shame on you!!! If in my power, I would fire him. Prime Honda Service Department has no QC. Management must be responsible for service techs work and check their work before releasing a car to a customer. Awful service again. This dealer completely lost me as a customer! p.s. I was advised to do transmission oil flush also. Glad I refused it, imagine what could they do. More

Another great experience here I promised my son’s girlfriend, who just got her license, that I’d find a great car for her at a price she could afford. Only 2 months ago I bought a new Civic from Prime Honda, had a great experience, and wrote a 5 star review. I found a 2016 Civic on their website. It started with Lynn in internet sales. Since I live an hour away she took a video of the car on her phone and text it to me so I could check it out before making the long trip there. My salesmen, Petherson Braga, was great. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and has a “zero pressure” approach that I appreciate. Rich Tewksbury, the mgr, was awesome. He understood her unique, desperate situation. Instead of taking advantage of that, like some dealers would, he agreed to sell her the car at a fantastic price. Rich got the car certified for her at a reasonable price. He and Petherson stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process. Rich scheduled the registration day on her only day off. So it was registered as quickly as possible. Once again, Prime Honda proved to be a first class dealership who I’d highly recommend. More
